To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our booking policy below: 📅 Appointments & Orders Advance booking is recommended for All services. Walk ins are welcome but availability is not guaranteed. Appointments can be made via our website, social media, by calling our front desk at (641)-664-1100 or in person. ⏰ Rescheduling & Cancellations We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. No-shows/No Contact after 2 will be on a walk in basis. We understand some circumstances are out of your control and we reserve the right to reconsider this part of the policy based on individual circumstances. 🧘🏽 Wellness Sessions Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to allow for check-in. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, with full fees still applied. This will be based on schedule and other appointments that may conflict. 💌 Communication You’ll receive a confirmation and reminder via email before your appointment.
