Our Wellness Pod A soothing, relaxing environment is created inside our wellness pod through a combination of heat, chromotherapy(light therapy), aromatherapy, and vibrational massage. This unique combination creates the ultimate environment for relaxation, pain management, stress reduction, detox, increasing your metabolism, immune system support, skin care, as well as many other health benefits. Select from any of our pre-programed settings or a customized session just for you. We are here to help guide you on your journey to Wellness and Balance of the Mind, Body, and Soul. It’s easy to use. Just wear a bathing suit, your underwear or gym clothes. Come hydrated and enter the pod. Be ready to relax for 30 minutes. Remember to keep hydrated after your session as well!
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Indigo Roots Co. for your wellness needs! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our booking policy below: 📅 Appointments & Orders Advance booking is recommended for All services. Walk ins are welcome but availability is not guaranteed. Appointments can be made via our website, social media, by calling our front desk at (641)-664-1100 or in person. ⏰ Rescheduling & Cancellations We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. No-shows/No Contact after 2 will be on a walk in basis. We understand some circumstances are out of your control and we reserve the right to reconsider this part of the policy based on individual circumstances. 🧘🏽 Wellness Sessions Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to allow for check-in. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, with full fees still applied. This will be based on schedule and other appointments that may conflict. 💌 Communication You’ll receive a confirmation and reminder via email before your appointment.
