Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our tanning booking policies below: 📅 Appointments Advance Booking Recommended: All tanning sessions must be booked in our scheduling service. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but not guaranteed. Book online ahead to guarantee availability. Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your session may be shortened or rescheduled. Time slots are allotted for individual sessions and are unable to run over their allotted time to avoid interfering with our next clients appointment. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-Shows/No Contact: No-show/No Contact will be charged the full price of the session or forfeit a prepaid session after 3 no-show/no contacts. Repetitive no shows may result in walk-in status only. We understand certain circumstances are out of your control and reserve the right waive No Show/No Cancellation charge on a individual basis. 💳 Payments In Store only, memberships coming soon. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed appointments, late arrivals, or dissatisfaction due to lack of preparation (see below). ✅ Preparation & Aftercare Pre-Tan Prep: Pre-tan exfoliated skin tans best, dry skin reflects light and impacts your ability to tan. 3 min prep time to apply lotion and enter tanning bed. If you require extra time we recommend applying you tanning lotion before your appointment and arrival for best results. Post-care is important, A hydrated body and skin=a healthier looking tan. What to Wear: Your comfort level, whether it's a swim suit or your birthday suit. Your comfort level is the most important. Our Rooms all have locks on doors for your safety and security. Do Not wear jewelry, or any clothing with buttons or rivets, these scratch our acrylic and can interfere with surface quality. Aftercare: Follow all aftercare instructions provided to maximize the longevity and quality of your tan. Post tan lotion or extra hydrating lotion will extend the life of your tan. 👙 Age Policy 16+: Clients 16+ do not need written consent, but all are required to have a customer card on file with signed waiver & health warning acknowledgement. Under 16: Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent.
